CLEC.live is currently operating in beta for testing purposes. Feel free to use the platform free of charge during this period. As a beta service, slight bugs or disruptions may occur. We appreciate your patience and feedback. Please report any issues to feedback@clec.live.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CLEC.live ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, with consideration for European Union regulations where applicable.

CLEC.live is a platform that facilitates collaboration between event organizers, artists, venues, and contributors to create live events. We also enable audiences to discover and engage with these events.

The Platform provides tools for event planning, collaboration management, and community building within the live events industry.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. For users residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence will apply where they offer greater protection.

Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts in Switzerland, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
